I don’t know what evidence your looking at. It’s pretty clear the victims caught Davis by surprise, so a planned execution is ruled out. He shot them through the windshield, so it hardly seems like this was a random drive by either. Reports say he shot them again in the back too, and honestly I would too. If someone is out to kill you and has a gun Id make sure they were dead.
