Hinduism: Redefined

Re: Hinduism: Redefined

tommygun Pls do not mislead us with technical vocabulary.
Rishi does not mean a Brahmin. Where it is written in any of our religious texts that Valmiki was reclassified as a Brahmin?

Krishna is also known as a Rishi in other terms, but never a Brahmin.

You may call Ambedkar a Rishi, bet will he be accepted as a Brahmin by upper casts or in your words by upper classes?

Again I repeat that whatever explanations you have given to justify the ‘cast system or class system’ were all created in 19th century and the same so called scholars of Hindu religion always remained adamant towards the people of low origin in personal life.

Shall I inform you that even our Hindu communists and hi-profile atheists also run into their own cast when they have to find matches for their children?

So friend, you name it ‘cast system or class system’…it does not change the course of history or does not justify the ugly nature of ‘cast’ sorry the ‘class system’.

You are threatening me like a fundamentalist. What’s wrong with you? Discussions are not allowed in closed religions. You are at the wrong side.
