I had taken your words literally and in agreement with you i thought its fine, now why are this Pakistani brothers bickering over it. Until I could google and get the right answer to the Pakistani brothers and in regard why Muslims are against this. I am a Indian Muslim.

“Vande Mataram” was the national cry for freedom from British oppression during the freedom movement.Its is is seen as a national mantra describing the love of patriots for the country of India

**Davanagere (Karnataka), June 29: **Police have arrested 14 people for allegedly hoisting a Pakistani flag at a place of worship at Chinur village in the district.
Police said all the detainees have been remanded to judicial custody till July 9 by a court here.
The arrests were made on Monday after protestors gathered outside the police station following the flag hoisting incident and demanded immediate action. Senior police officials visited the place and ensured that the flag was removed.

What’s a big deal , it will happen more and more. JammuKashmir Only state in India which has Muslim majority and they want to join Pakistan.In West bengal because of one sided secularism muslim population has reached 26 % and pretty soon all the places it will reach around 40 % .Then paki flag will be visible every where. Example of secularism is that www.hinduunity.org the Hinduism website is banned in only two countries in the world, one is Saudi Arabia and another is “INDIA”.

the news should have been" pakistani flag hoisted…secular place of worship" and communal forces are trying to disturb social fabric of secular india by protesting. just a secular advice for present central government and state government that they must arrest protesters for encouragaging communal hatered and reward secular place of worship and group who hoisted pakastani flag to show secular credentials. police officials who removed pakastani flag must be immediately suspended.

“In a place of worship” always flags are flown .Possibly it was a mosque and there i snothing wrong in Pak flag being hoisted being a religious flag as well Further india should under go partition every 50 years and nowit should have happened in 1997 but unfortunately the “Communalists and hindu fanatics” came to power and now after 6 years the time has come and the best opportunity is there since the Congress and the Communists who were always in favour of partition are now in power. BHOPAL: In the 58th year of our Independence, a sarpanch’s claim that she was not allowed to hoist the tricolour for coming from a backward caste makes one wonder if we are truly free.
In a letter to the Bundelkhand police superintendent, Anita Bai Ahirwar has alleged that government officials did not permit her to hoist the national flag on August 15 because she belongs to the Dalit community. :naraz:
“I was told by the officials that chamar-chamariya :faizy: (Dalits) cannot hoist the national flag at the centre of a market place,” Anita Bai wrote, giving an account of how she was prevented from raising the flag in a chowk that fell under the jurisdiction of her panchayat.
Anita Bai, the sarpanch of Patehra village in Madhya Pradesh’s Damoh district, said every Independence Day, the person occupying her post is given the honour of hoisting the flag in the main market—Gandhi Chowk.
“On August 14, local police station in-charge Vikram Singh called a meeting of select respectable citizens. Around 6.30 pm, Vikram Singh, along with the chief executive officer and tehsildar, told me the head of the janpad panchayat would hoist the flag.”
As the news filtered out, Dalits in Patehra began protesting. “The officials knew I am a Dalit woman and exposed their anti-Dalit sentiments. When they stuck to their decision, I asked them to give their joint decision in writing. At 9 pm on August 14, I received a letter which did not specify whether the janpad head or I would hoist the flag,’’
Anita Bai said. “Next morning, I took that letter and travelled 50 km to the district headquarters in Damoh to meet the collector and the police superintendent. Neither were available,’’ she added.

ISLAMABAD: A novel way of protest was seen when citizens of an “enemy” state on its Republic Day on January 26 unfurled the Pakistani flag to show “mistreatment” meted out to them.
Even in this modern age the class system in India sees Dalits as an extremely deprived class where they are denied the right of franchise and considered as social outcasts.
A report from Washington reveals that Dalits face “social apartheid” even after 58 years of Independence. In fact, atrocities and violence against them have increased. Such violent incidents are on the increase in the Hindi-speaking belt, such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. The report says that the Dalits feel so oppressed, and depressed, they thought the best way to get noticed was to unfurl the Pakistani national flag on the Republic Day of India.
In Meerut, 60 kms northeast of Delhi, two Dalits were arrested for hoisting the national flag of Pakistan at the Ambedkar Park.
They were demanding separate homeland for Dalits on the same argument as that of Pakistan.
The two arrested persons, Vijay Singh and Amit, later told the police that they hoisted the Pakistani flag because they consider Pakistan to be better than India.
Vijay said the Dalit leader, Bhimrao Ambedkar, was elected to parliament by the help of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, which is why Dalits are natural allies of the Pakistani people.
