Aren’t you using the same argument as others did that somehow the show has anything to do with religious freedom or lack there of?

What exactly did you find offensive or threatening there which could even remotely relate to any other issues of minority persecutions?

The message of the so called threat from the show is made up and baseless.

In regards to freedom of choice, you will have to agree that those who condemn few people’s unlawful act themselves are hypocrite, and they could not tolerate a free will conversion. Period!

You are missing the point completely. I am not saying conversion by choice is wrong. But, can the TV shows telecast conversions out of Islam? By the way there are more people converting to Christianity in Pakistan than people converting to Islam. All I am saying is in the current atmosphere it is wrong.

Would any one dare show a program in Pakistan denoucing Islam today, but may have 60 years ago (BTW, recently came across a poem from Pakistan on that subject). In a village of drunks, you hardly need a campaign promote drinking. If any, there should be program denouncing religious intolerance. This porgram appears to tell Hindus, this is what we expect. Religious and caste bigatory exist in India too, but society in general and media in particular makes it a point to highlight it. Case in point Modi is still haunted by Media and courts. That is why even after Godhra/Gujarat, Muslims are not making a bee-line to Pakistan border.
