I think looking for Arab brides might give you more and better ideas and inspiration for Hijabi brides.

Most of the arab hijabi brides I have seen are similar to the one Mad Hatter posted. Which I think is a nice look.

However, Pakistani brides or their family, generally want them to wear the heavy bridal duputta. So the issue is how do you combine both elegantly.

easy solution for hijabi brides...don't wear any make-up and jewellery and no one would notice you.

PS: also don't pose for the camera.

I know thats hoo they do their Hijab, but I thought looking for Arab brides might make the search little easier with more results. Most Asian Hijabi brides do very simple and plain bandana type Hijab just to cover their hair and then they wear their heavy duppata like brides normally do. Thats the most popular trend I've seen amongst Asian brides.

Kiterunner I LOVE those ones esp the bride in red. I think for Pak brides the Arab way of wearing hijab plus the dupatta does not go at all. But wearing a higher neck kameez with long sleeve with jewellry covering other parts works so much better. Also the dupatta placed further forward on the head whilst wearing the hair flatter on top looks superrr elegant.

I have never liked the idea of a hijab and a dupetta together. I think I'm gonna take my hijab off on my wedding day. Ofcourse my hair will be covered and the gala will be fixed properly, but I want to have a classic look, which I feel you can't achieve with a hijab.

i think that a woman can wear a hijab and a dupatta on her head at the same time and still have that classic look.

I guess.. Maybe it depends on the shape of the face? I have tried to like the idea, but just don't.
