Hijab Trend

You got a scarf on your head
But jeans that stick to your skin
Your stomach is revealed
You’re into the SIN

When asked what you are
Your culture you name
Muslim dont cross your tongue
What a pity what a shame!

You take pride in the tops
That reveals your back
Cleavage not an issue
It’s with the pack

Now it’s fashion to wear the scarf
In the way you do
Julia Stiles did it in save the last dance
Now you should too!

Your hair it is styled
With the gel and the mouse
You got the hip hugging jeans
With the matching shoes

You wake up at dawn
To apply your face
So guys can pick you up
What a disgrace!

You infuriated girl
Hit the road of the west
Your born in the truth
But you observe the rest

You do the dating scene
And the kissing guys
You think they’re the world
Open your eyes

Encouraging Muslim boys
To do the same?
But its all-good,
With the Muslim name

At least he is Muslim
That’s what your friends say
Encouraging a ummati
In the same way

Your life revolves around him
Your heart it does the dance
Pitiful are you
Within haram romance

DON’T YOU SEE

Life doesn’t travel
Farther than the grave
It’ll pass you faster
If the world you crave

You think your getting educated
When you hit the school
But they’re playing you like puppets
You’re the fool

And those who do fear god
Those whom you tease
When you toss in the flames
They’ll cool in the breeze

Don’t you love the prophet?
Who was stoned for you?
Whose last words were for us?
Who came with the truth

The mothers of believer
Who cast their gaze down?
The best of the women
Upon you they would frown

Disgusting girl have some shame within you
While they cast their gaze down, you stare right through

While they feared Allah, the alone the True
You think the only problem is if people see you

What would my parents say, will I be allowed out again
Society will gossip, it’ll be the end

But little do you assume about the end that is near
And if only your death and Allah you fear

But you know the truth, theres only so much I can say
And the guilt only lasts before you go back to the way

So before you turn back and to parties you attend
There is one small thing I do recommend

No matter where you go and what you decide to do
Just remember that Allah is always around you

Fear him more than being caught fear him there
And when you start to realize, then you’ll start to care

And the rest of the girls will disgust you true
If it worked for me it can work for you

Taste the sweetness of the veil and cover up well
And make the hereafter your eternity in Jannah you’ll dwell

So take off the shamelessness, throw off the nudity
Be a Muslimah stand proud most of all as an ummati

That’s something I’ve been wanting to say for ages, if you want to be a whore at least respect the hijaab. :k:

  • spot on mund’ unfortunately so true brov’ :k: *

if you want to be a whore respect hijab?

Same applies to the men as well. Hijab is for both men and women. In fact is the men that are called upon first. Society is made of both the genders and both have to play their part no one gender can do it alone. Men and women are both answerable for their deeds, every individual is for himself/herself.

Re: Hijab Trend

**Maybe because instead of enlightening and explaining with patience you just condemn. **

**I wonder why you did not say “So disguting/shamless guys can pick you up”. Why is there no disgrace for them ? **

**Did you try to anser the question as to why is it so that she is born in truth yet she still observes the rest? If so then what are you doing about it ? **

Indeed she needs to open her eyes but when will you open your eyes that unless the men do their part this problem will not be solved?

**
So why not a word of caution for the Muslim boys and why not strengthen the faith of the Muslim Boys. Or do you think she is so "encouraging” that she can overwhelm it no matter what ?
**

Who is putting her in that school? Why not a mention them ?

**Indeed Allaha :swt: is the jude of who is going where. **

**Not just for the for “her” but for “him” as well. The prophet prayed for the UMMA. The truth he came with was for the UMMA. **

**How do you know they will frown upon “her” or any one else. Do not assume things. **

Shame is the matter that deters a human being from doing anything wrong. So it is not just for “her”?

On the other hand, if you are of the jurisdistic opinion that wearing the scarf is mandatory and hence not wearing it is a sin, then surely wearing it and acting like a whore (1 bad deed) would be better than not wearing it and acting/dressing like a whore (2 bad deeds) ?

whats with you guys dissing hijabis all the time?
If your muslim thats enough to make you stay away from all such things, hijab or no hijab..

maybe guys get ultra cautious when theres a hijabi around otherwise they'll do what they do forgetting theyr muslims too..

Not only hijabis Mystical Miss but also non-hijabis. Not wearing a hijab does not translate into "whore" or "whorish" behaviour.

Nice language skills though!

yea im with ya,, it's respect for all..
but with such generalization which coolmunda has put up,, it's just disrespectful to all..

Which sad excuse for a joke actually wrote that?

^ Someone whose ex was a jeans-clad hijabi.

What's a Hijabi?

Bearing in mind the word "hijab" comes from the Arabic word "hajaba" meaning to hide from view or conceal.

Over to you now, boys and girls.

Hm. Lovely how incredibly judgemental and self-righteous this "poem" is.

People struggle with modest dress all the time. Becoming comfortable with what you wear and understanding what it means to be modest involves a process of reflection. Who are you to judge their dress?

Plus, as Maddy pointed out, many believe that wearing the hijab is mandatory for Muslim women. It might have nothing to do with modesty. Just a way to show that they are Muslim women.

I kind of share the view in this poem.If a girl is going to do the dating shating stuff,I would rather she didnt wear the scarf.Hijab is a mark of piety. When people such as that wear it- ruins the whole symbol it stands for.

On the other hand its really non of my business what they do.
Sigh

^ Why does wearing a hijab automaticlly restrict a girl from doing things she wants? and why is it assumed that just because a hijabi is wearing jeans or watever.. shes a whore?

stop being so judgemental people... to both hijabis and non-hijabis

this poem is a joke

Seems like this poem perfectly describes some of our Guppans, just look at them squirm. :rotfl:
