Now here is the all important question…should sheer khurma be a thin, soupy consistancy or a thicker, not quite porridge-y consistancy??? This very serious issue is the cause of many debates in our khandaan every Ramadan/Eid :hmmm:

I think this conundrum deserves a thread or sticky all of its own
