Hezbollah and its popularity

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Two soldiers captured and neocons have supported mass killing of over 1000 Lebanese civilians by their pet. On the other hand, Israel has KIDNAPPED hundreds of Palestinian as well as Hizbullah politicians since it occupied the land of palestine and Lebanon in 1980s. The neoconic hypocrisy is sickening and terroristic by nature.

The Israeli soldiers WERE CAPTURED INSIDE lebanese border.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

hizbulla is a shia organisation which wants lebanon as a shia state on patterns of Iran, and you can't deny that hizbulla has support from shias only, sunnis in the middle east don't support hizbullat.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Haq Allah!!
I will refrain from quoting biased media news items. The "righteousness" of Hizbollah led by Mr. Hasan Nasrullah is evident from the very fact that they have been and are receiving Divine Help. How could sombody use Russian rockets (which by the way are considered useless), of the World War II era and take the enemies aghast?
Can anyone under the influence of the western media answer this?

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Debater,

You are such a sick person. You are literally playing in the hands of enemy and do not understand the concept of Muslims. Remember kid, we are Muslims before anything else as taught by Our dear Prophet (s.w). Check out Maulana Moudoodi (rehmat ullah aleh)'s article regarding that.

Are you blind?

**“You dont see the millions of Egyptian (SUNNI MUSLIMS) marching in support of Hizbollah on the streets of Cairo?” **

“Cant you see the great Palestinians (SUNNI MUSLIMS)flying Hizbollah flags and carrying Hasan Nasrullah’s Posters?”

“Dont you see Millions of Syrians (SUNNI MUSLIMS) chanting slogans and pledging alliance to Hasan Nasrullah and Hizbollah?”

“Cant you see the Indonesians (SUNNI MUSLIMS) pledging to sacrifice their lives for Hizbollah?”

Dont you hear Amir (Qazi Sahab) (SUNNI MUSLIM) calling for complete support of Hizbollah?

And if nothing else, cant you see the fatwa of Highest Ranking SUNNI Mufti (Mufti Goma of Jama-Alazhar) in the world to support Hizbollah?

**Egypt’s mufti defends Hizbollah operations **

Fri Jul 28, 11:11 AM ET

CAIRO (Reuters) - The Mufti of Egypt, the country’s senior exponent of Islamic law, said the Lebanese guerrilla group Hizbollah was defending Lebanon against Israeli injustice.

“The attacks, killing and destruction that are taking place in Lebanon now by Israeli forces are injustice itself,” Mufti Ali Gomaa told a meeting in southern Egypt. He was quoted by the state news agency MENA on Friday.

“This gives the Lebanese the right to defend themselves. Hizbollah is defending its country and what it is doing is not terrorism,” said Gomaa, a government appointee.

On Thursday Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood, one of the largest Islamist political movements in the Arab world, rejected fatwas or religious rulings by Saudi clerics against Sunnis supporting Hizbollah, which is Shi’ite Muslim.

P.S:
If you still dont get it, then God helps you brother.

Quit playing in the hands of Israel and Saudi Clerics.

Get out of this limited mentality shell of shia-sunni and start thinking in a broader perspective like majority of muslims. Your limited approach will ultimately destroy you brother.

Again its just a friendly advice and I am not trying to fight with you since you are my brother in Islam!

Allah Hafiz,

Ajmal.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

^ if we are really Muslims, then where was the support for the Taliban and the Al Qaeda from you muslims?

They are fighting the same war, they attacked the same country that's supporting Israel for its basic needs. Where was the support then?

We never heard from the Muftis of Egypt and the Ikhwaan MPs speaking in support of the freedom fighters in Chechneya, or Bosnia or Kashmir or the Afghanistan, where the Taliban is fighting US and the puppet govt. they've planted.

Their support for the Hizbullah is clearly a case of Arab Nationalism and has nothign to do with Islam.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Were you asleep the whole time Sharabi or maybe drunk? Did you not read my earlier post?

The Muslims all over the globe are rallying in favor of Hizbollah from Indonesia to Pakistan to Turkey to Syria and Egypt.

**It has nothing to do with Arab Nationalism. **

Why would the dedicated tableeghee jamat dawa Muslims name a bridge after Hizbollah’s name? Still didnt get it? Its love of Allah my dear friend, its love of Prophet (s.w).

Are you blind?

Whoever is following the true SUNNAH of Prophet (s.w) will support Hizbollah and not only by words but by actions!

Need more proof Debater and Sharaabi?

Long Live Amir-Jamat (Qazi Sahab)
Long Live Nasrullah!

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

^ No iam not drunk, but may be you are stupid enough not to understand where iam coming from.

Getting the masses to rally behind someone is no big deal. We all know how it is done.

My question was, where was all this support when Al Qaeda and Taliban and Mujahideen in Chechneya and Kashmir were fighting. This is not the first time in recent history that an oppressive kafir nation has invaded muslim territory. And neither is it the first time that a group of Muslims have taken arms to deter the oppresor.

So why all this support now? Iam not saying that we shouldn't support Hizbullah in this war, but my question is why was YOU not this vocal, when Afghanistan was attacked, when Iraq was attacked, when brothers in Chechneya and Kashmir were being slaughtered.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Brother,

Please avoid using words like "stupi*" since it is against the **sunnah of Prophet (s.w). **I had thought your name was sharaabi (drunk).

Coming back to the subject, We (Jamat) had always been vocal about the Palestine, Iraq, Kashmir struggle.

Currently, **Hizbollah **is fighting the war of **Islam's survival **and as you mentioned yourself, we should support them.

Due to the fatwa of *Mufti aala Goma (Jama Al Azhar), we (Ahle sunnah wal jamaat / SUNNI Muslims) are bound to help Hizbollah. *

If we do NOT support them, then we will be answerable to Allah and Prophet (s.w).

I hope I clarified your concerns brother. :)

Allah Hafiz,

Ajmal.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

It is difficult for some people to differentiate between Arabic and Islamic issues.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Roger that Captain!

That is the thing Sharaabi is going through.

As far as Debater is concerned, he needs to come out of his limited mentality of shia-sunni shell.

I think if we all agree that everybody is different, we will be united against our common enemy Israel and Saudi.

Allah Hafiz,

Ajmal.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

I think you forgot to mention **Israel's name **my friend. The statement should be:

6) "ISRAEL" Started a war which led to the utter destruction of Lebanon and its economy.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

They pay medical bills, offer health insurance, pay school fees and make money available for small businesses. They are invisible but omnipresent, providing essential services that the Lebanese government through years of war was incapable of offering.

Sheikh Nasrallah for President. :k:

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Good idea but I dont think he will run for the president of Lebanon or he is interested in that.

He has a global view of the situation and he is a global leader.

A better title would be "Hasan Nasrullah for: Leader of Muslim Ummah"

He is "THE LEADER"!!!

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

I wonder if he (Hasan Nasrullah) would have any link in the final time fighting with "AntiChrist". I believe antichrist's name is mentioned as Dajjal.

That brings another point. Has Dajjal already arrived?

*Maybe Israel and America are Dajjal. *

A few things about Dajjal as mentioned by Prophet (s.w):

*1) I had read that Dajjal would have "khorak ka ambaar (aids in millions of dollars)". *

*2) Dajjal's mother (base=economy) will be jew. *

3) The majority of people with Dajjal will be jews.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Hasan Nasrullah for: Leader of Muslim Ummah
[/QUOTE]

Oh lord! Why? Because you think he will pay your medical bills, health insurance, pay for school fees, etc. because your lousy ass would not get up and work? but you have time to attend weekly strikes (hartaals) and protests that MMA organizes to hurt Pakistani economy and Muslims living there?

Noooo, you want a leader that will baby sit you.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Dajjal will come along with the best music of the time.

**Hezbollah Enmeshed Lebanon’s Social Fabric **

In bombed-out southern villages and refugee-filled schools across the country, Hezbollah supporters go door to door, checking if people have enough food and medicine. That is the second prong of the militant Shiite group’s strength in Lebanon, where it is putting up stiff resistance to thousands of Israeli troops in the south and has fired, according to Israel, more than 3,500 rockets into the north of the country since the war began a month ago. In the heat of the battle, Hezbollah’s deep political and social roots in Lebanon are overshadowed by its military power, manifested in cadres of guerrilla fighters, their rockets, anti-tank missiles and Kalashnikov rifles.

**Away from the war front, Hezbollah runs a sophisticated network of schools, clinics and social services in the Shiite Muslim community. It has 14 members in the 128-member Parliament, two Cabinet ministers, a magazine, and a radio and TV station. “Hezbollah is a grass-roots movement,” says Amal Saad Ghorayeb, a political science professor at the Lebanese American University and expert in Hezbollah affairs. “They provide cradle to grave benefits, they take care of all your social, medical and welfare needs. It is precisely those social services that embed the Hezbollah movement in the (Shiite) community,” she said. **

While Hezbollah’s popularity among Lebanon’s 1.2 million Shiites stems mainly from its struggle against Israeli occupation in southern Lebanon, the group also cultivated much respect for its efficient network of services in the south, the eastern Bekaa Valley and Dahiyah - Hezbollah’s stronghold in Beirut’s southern suburbs. Even now, despite crippling Israeli airstrikes that have destroyed most of Hezbollah offices across the country, the guerrilla group is assisting in relief efforts. In a makeshift Hezbollah-run kitchen in Beirut Thursday, two cooks stirred huge pots of rice and meat pilaf for delivery to schools across the capital where hundreds of thousands of Shiites are now taking refuge. Abbas Noun, in charge of the operation, said about 40 people were working to churn out some 8,000 portions a day. **The group also has medicine distribution centers and volunteer doctors who to around bombed-out southern villages and schools - 170 in the Beirut area - checking on people and providing them with medicine. **

Shiites, believed to be Lebanon’s largest sect, are the poorest among the country’s many religious communities. To many who have long complained of neglect by the state, Hezbollah fills the void. “That’s why we see such die-hard support for them among Shiites,” Ghorayeb said. Hezbollah’s network of social charity organizations include “Imdad,” Arabic for supply, which provides educational and medical services for the poor and physically disabled. “Mu’asasat al-Shahid,” or Institution of the Martyr, takes care of the welfare of the families of Hezbollah guerrillas who are killed in the battle against Israel. Another organization, Jihad al-Bina, a name best translated as “construction for the sake of the holy struggle,” rebuilds homes damaged in Israeli attacks and provides water and garbage collecting services to residents of southern and eastern Lebanon. The group also has five hospitals, 14 clinics and 12 schools across the country, a Hezbollah official said. He said some of those organizations, such as al-Shahid institution, have headquarters in Iran, which provides backing, weapons and funds to Hezbollah. Others rely on donations and alms from supporters. Along with Hezbollah’s military infrastructure, the group’s social and economic network has also come under attack since the Israeli-Hezbollah war began July 12.

Israeli airstrikes have destroyed Hezbollah charity offices and schools in the market town of Nabatiyeh, the southern port city of Tyre and Dahiyah. Israeli commandos targeted the Iranian-funded, Hezbollah-run Dar al-Hikma Hospital in eastern Lebanon’s town of Baalbek on Aug. 2. A Hezbollah-affiliated charity in the town has also been destroyed. The Hezbollah official said the group’s social work has not been affected. “Work on the ground is continuing same as before, as if nothing happened. Each of those organizations had contingency plans,” he said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not allowed to speak to the media. Israeli officials acknowledged as much. In a recent interview with The Associated Press in Jerusalem, Israeli Army spokesman Capt. Jacob Dallal said Hezbollah institutions, not just military infrastructure, should be crippled. “In the war on terror in general, it’s not just about hitting an army base, which they don’t have, or a bunker. It is also about undermining their ability to operate … . That ranges from incitement on television and radio, financial institutions and, of course, other grass-roots institutions that breed more followers, more terrorists, training bases, obviously, schools,” he said.

Hezbollah supporters say their loyalty to the party is unflinching. “Hezbollah is the people and the people are Hezbollah,” said Hussein Ayoub, a 56-year-old ex-fighter who said the group paid for his children’s tuition and a heart surgery he had several years ago. “I am ready to sacrifice with my life for the party,” said Ayoub who has been living in a Beirut school with his family since Israeli airstrikes destroyed his house in Dahiyah.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

Ajmal, y are u so **anti saudi, **you probably dont even know for a fact that these guys imposed an oil embargo on USA, under the leadership of great King Faisal back in the 70s, & gave USA a run for their money. You dont even know your facts.

Most of you are just looking at the war from a 4week perspective.

This was an old war, rekindled, thanks to USA's pat on the back.

Re: Hezbollah and its popularity

I am not anti Saudi or anything. I just speak truth.

Therefore, I speak truth about Saudis and the truth is:

Saudis (Clerics and Kings) are American puppits. They do what America tells them to do. Alot has changed since 1970s, so there is no point mentioning who did what 40 years or so back. The present Saudi Kings and Clerics are bunch of moron hypocrates who are just concerned with their personal wealth and destruction of Muslim Ummah.

I agree with your point about America patting on Israel's back.
