Yes you are right, I didn’t think about the whole picture. Traditional bridal make up with bold eyes doesn’t look good with tight curls. I dislike it a lot. But I was thinking of lighter make up with long flowing hair and a heavy jora 
I did the open hair thing on my nikkah and my hair looked really good because my makeup was light and natural, and my curls were really lose. Also I think very dark colored hair look a little less flaterring if let open for a bridal look.
