hmmm i dunno .. if herbal teas were that bad they wudnt b sold i guess.. and that too sooooo many kinds!!! i think usin them everyday wud b bad though. now i m stuck with this herbal tea and i know i shudnt b usin them everyday.. but at the same time dun wanna waste it also.. wot do you all suggest i do??
the links u sent me said teas were so mch better than juices but ofcourse in moderation… not everyday.. so in US do they not give tea to kids at all?? i mean when they(baby) are absolutely ok???
