Eat fiber...lots of it
I don't think there is a long term cure for it. One just has to get used to it.
A couple of close family members have it and it is painful.

severe cases can be corrected via surgery.
Hemorrhoids are common ... no biggie PCG, as long as you Tx it right.
mild case, up your fiber (like funguy said) ... but for gods sake go see a doc (so they can tell you if its mild or not) or if fiber doen't work.
BTW, how do you know its hemorrhoids anyway? .... there are numerous causes of rectal bleeds and pain on defecation ... like I said, get yourself a proper chack up.

Yes it can be painful.
Some herbal hakeems claim to have cure for it, but it is better to consult one only if trustable and verified.

Start taking fiber suplements like metamucil, it helps. As far as I know, it should be left untouched to heal on its own if it doesn't bother the person who has it. You must see a gynecologist if you suspect internal hemorrhoids. Almost always anoscopy is done to remove them. So anyway, you shouldn't be worried sick about it. Just set up an appointment with a gynie and talk about it. Keep up your fiber intake and you will be fine.

PCG, for soreness and burning you can buy preparations OTC such as Anusol for example that contains an astringent and a mild steroid for quick relief. Generally it should go away it self.
Only in serious cases (very few) does it require surgery.

i was given tucks and an oinment while i was in hospital..and i found them to be very helpful

Truth is most of the cashiers that serve you won’t even know what its used for. For them its just another item off the shelf. Only the Pharmacist knows and they couldn’t careless to be honest, it becomes routine after a while.
Its only when you have to buy condoms or somewhat that you’d get the jitters
