my cousin is a pharmacist who works in the city (manhattan) - an island inhabited by the creme de la creme of american society. He tells me stories, every now and then, of how many of these so called upper echelon people are hooked on to prozac, ritalin and how countless women, lookin' all spiffy and independent, take birth control pills up the wazoo. Not to mention drugs for herpes and other STDs. So, believe me, they do notice....

^ dude I'm a Pharmacist too. We couldn't careless what people take, especially something so trivial as Anusol. You get used to patients and different ailments. Nothing exciting really about someone taking birth control pills. You'd be surprised how many women do. If some want to make a song and dance about what others' take, then they must have pretty sad lives.
