So i posted in another thread about pore problem’s , nothing is working and i hate it
my foundation goes on so good when i start off and it always give’s me a dewy glowy look which i love BUT when i apply my blush powder it looks dry on my cheeks, pores are visible and face looks bumpy :S what am i doing wrong someone help what can i doo?
AND could any of you’s recommend i really good powder to give you like a matte dewy finish, i have dry skin not severely but small blotches around my face , i need something that is NOT drying.
Oh and guy’s i do use PRIMER before you start mentioning.
Apply a thin layer of foundation over the face, and follow with concealer on any areas of the cheeks that have blemishes. Concealer is an important step because it prevents the blush from setting on the blemishes and attracting attention to them. Once the concealer has dried, use a light hand to apply the blush starting at the apples of the cheeks and sweeping upward toward the temples. Use a loose or pressed powder to finish off and set the foundation, concealer, and blusher

I found a picture of exactly how 1 of my cheeks are , foundation’s on, but can you seen how its got small bumps on the cheek area, thats how mine is LOL
my other cheek’s worse though and before u guys say its not bad yes it is i can see these stupid bumps and little holes on my face :S what do i dooooooooo?
That happens to me aswell! i dont even have open pores on my cheeks but when i apply blush i see lil holes on my cheeks which is quite disturbing lol...your skin is so much like mine too..but i really dont know if theres any powder which is dewy and matt but i do know a powder from sleek called sleek luminous pressed powder, its the powder that gives you dewy finish...try that maybe?

So you're happy with the way your skin looks with foundation on....your "issues" start once you apply the powder blush...am I understanding this right?
2 Thoughts:
1) Are all your blushes one single brand? Or does this happen no matter what brand of powder blush you use? How many different brands have you tried?

Yehp foundation is fine, looks dewy, just when the powder blush goes on it goes all wrong, your on the right line :)
this happens with every brand, im currently using a mac palette for blush, tried NARS , estee lauder's, bourjois nothing work's :(
i don't know if i want to try liquid i tried once but i feel like when i apply it, it takes my foundation off from below if you understand what im saying
For Blushes: Don't go for blushes that have shimmer (The one in picture looks like Nars orgasm or close). If I had pores, I would stick to Matte or Cream based products. Shimmer just magnify's them and makes it look more apparent.
For foundation, the more full coveage the better it hides the pores, but I wouldn't suggest that on a daily basics. Just wash your face with Ice-Cold water, before you apply your base.

Yes I do know what you mean.....BUT that just means you need to practice more with cream/liquid blushes. :) You'll need to try putting it on more than 1x and also look at videos on YouTube for application methods.

While you're "playing" with the cream blushes just to learn how to apply it....you may also want to consider any cheap drugstore brand. Right now the idea is for you to get comfortable applying the cream blushes....once you get the hang of it...then you can spend $$ on building a nice collection. :)
