help!

okay here goes nothing rite i am a 20 year old girl, n quite short the problem that i have is that the bottom half ofn my stomach is like too big n even though i exercise like i use the threadmill n the cross trainer that part of the stomach doesnt get smaller instead other body parts r like my arms legs upper half of stomach can some1 plz suggest some exercise which i can do which can make it go smaller

what's your diet like?.. and how often do you exercise on the machines u mentioned above?

hmmm i go gym almost everyday i work out on the threadmill 30 mins cross trainer 20 mins cylce 20 mins n rower 20 mins
diet is like mainly cabs lie potatoes n pasta

You probably need to cut down your carbs, but I'm not an expert.

The problem is the carbs.

Cut down your carbs and sugars, increase your protein.

You will see results very quickly.

Eat more veggies like broccolli florets, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower, brussel sproats, cabbage to feel "full up", and flavour flavour from condiments like mustard, marmite, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, chillies, ginger instead of fats like butter or fried food

Carbs like potatos and pasta are pure energy and have high glycemic index (G.I) and will turn into sugar and go into your bloodstream very quickly giving you an energy boost, but will make you feel hungry after a few hours, where as vegetables(low GI) give a slow release of energy over a longer period of time, making u less hungry.

i dont think the treadmill or cross trainer can help much with your abdominal fat. You need to either do sit ups or use an ab crunch machine…something like this:

do change your diet as well…i dont know what u eat so cant suggest.

^ Those exercises will work the ab muscles; they won't reduce the fat.

^They worked for one of my friends so I think they do. Ofcourse, as I said change in diet is important too.

swimming and cycling are great ways to reduce fat AND tone up the abdominal area!!
