Except your wrong. Muslim Major Nidal Malik Hasan killed 12 U.S. solders and 1 civilian in 2009, it took months for a mental evaluation to be completed and only this June is he going to trial. He was not charged with any terrorism charges.

And how many people the American forces killed in Yemen in response to that?
