Heeeeeeelp guys! I am having this karma bridal for my wedding. My bridal set is gold with a purple/ruby stone in it. So I was thinking of another colour of jamawar piping (instead of that black/brown). The lady from karma suggest gold, plum and ferozi.. I dont know which one I should go for :frowning: What you guys thing? I was thinking of plum…?

its a lovely bridal but i would like to ask are you going to change the collar? are you changing anything else? i mean to cover the stomach part

personally i think a dark colour works best in this style because it brings out the bright colour which is dominant (plum in your case),

if you want a lighter colour i think pistachio green would look really nice, my wedding outfit is hot pink, abit of pistachio green and dark purple to accent the pink,

i made some colour combos for you, i think the last 2 dark options are good:

i recommend if you know abit of photoshop to try how the colours look together, or even better, go to a matching store, find your plum shade in a fabric, and put it up against all the colours there to see what looks good, that’s what i did!

nice dress!! plum wud go nicely with your bridal set... i would choose either gold or plum (or both), firozi is nice but its a very common colour combo for bridals (red and firozi) if u want the focus to be on ur set then go for gold otherwise go plum :D

Thanks guys! You are really helpfull.. Well the thing is, i am ordering through net. I live abroad, so I cant see my dress in real.. but the lady is helpfull, and she will send me some samples etc so it would be easier for me to decide.. ¨
The lady suggest gold. But i think it would be too much "gold" going on on lehnga.. with gold piping too.
Yellowbutterfly, I agree with you. I have too seen too many ferozi red brides.. I am also thinking of plum, since my bridal jewellery also have that coloured stone in it.
Sourskittle, thanks for making combo. So sweet! But I think the main colour you made looks more like darkpink thn mehroon?? You think mehroon and purple/plum is a good idea? Yea photoshop would have been really helpful, but I dont know anything about it :(

Princess20, no it wont be open in front, but a straight long shirt, with "gol gala" and no collar :)

^ the ferozi looks gorgeous! the plum is a little too same-y, no? you'd have to have a richer plum, i'd say. and actually, a deeper ferozi would look even nicer!

also this is a gorgeous outfit- good choice!

can't you ask her to send you fabric swatches before you confirm/commit?

Well dears.. I am really really excited myself.. and very nervous! I hope it looks as nice as in pics... she will send it trough Fedex..and i will get in the beginning of november...
Yup its long shirt without collar and with half sleeves, I asked for pants too, soo I can also use it as a formal.... my height is 5'4.. not very tall, but i am having long shirt anyway... gonna use high heels :P

Aawww thanks sohni...so sweet ! Ferozi looks really good.. but again it wont match my bridal set :( Since i have ruby stone in it.. i think i will go for somethng like dark plum as many has suggested here... which shade? I dont know.. so hard! I will ask her for samples pics....
somegroovychick its already confirmed! I have payed half ammount,...dont have much time.. my wedding is in the end of november.. and I had to decide quickly..

I was going to suggest a 'brighter' shade of plum like a pretty burgundy as well.. that will make the red really stand-out.

I would ask them to make it teal. You don't need to match the accent to your set, I'm sure it would look great together even if the dress had a little teal on it instead of plum.

I really like the idea of teal or ferozi...would bring that extra WOW factor into your outfit!
