i am looking to migrate to usa. i wanna move to midwood ‘little pakistan’ searched the net cant find much info. i am Inshallah looking to visit the place in august. can anyone advise me of the area, also any hotels in the paki area?

Midwood or Foster Avenue/coney Island area is not same as it was before 911... I would not advise you to move there. :)
As you move towards midwood high school + Brooklyn college, you are pretty much heading towards flatbush and I don't think any new person can survive in that area... however, if you can find home on Bedford avenue, then it would be wonderful as those homes are worth millions plus owned by jews. :D
A lot of desi moved out of Brooklyn and NY area after 911 so the "home" feeling isn't there unless you live near the stores at foster avenue.... which is not good, as more lafangay hang there than good folks these days.
Consider moving to Atlanta, GA or Houston, etc. :D

Well then if you watn to be in the heart of the comunity, then by all means go to midwood...i only know of the block where Raheela's is :D
I don't know if ther'es any hotels in that specific area..maybe a little bit out of the area, if urgonna b visiting, ill assum ehtat ull be taking the subway..thats the easiest way to get around, for just a fe days..plus u get a feel of how it really wud be to live there..
