Foster ave isnt that bad, but not good at all if u have sisters...guys are nasty there..!
Brighton has a large desi population, good halal restaurants, paki grocery and clothing stores, close to transportation... Kingsboro college isnt far from there...
There are a couple motels and a newly opened Best Western in sheepshead bay... very close to brighton... u can get there via public transportation... the b4's last stop drops u from walking distance of the motels :)
you should move to mill basin.. not alot of desis but u can get amazinggg houses for like 500k and make alot of money off of em after a few years:D

I used to have a client at Church Ave and 99 St… man! he was a literally pathan guy.. even on phone support, he was totally pathan… by the way.. he was actually pathan…

i am living in new york , so many times i visited little pak . long island vally stream is good area to live and it is near jamaica . also masjid and pakistani stores are there for shopping , 63rd to 74 streets in queens is also good area to live near desi community.

It means you'll get flipped by the ghunday that live there
Just move to brighton, or foster for the paki community... Bay ridge is also fine...mainly arabs... much better houses there!
You'll like mill basin... it's kinda pricey but totally worth it :)
