I dunno how or when, but theres a pimple or somethin rit eabove my koka.. it looks like a pimple.. its swollen to twice its size since this morning.. n me being so dheet kept touching it all these days.. and now its bad.. i doenst hurt or anything but its hideous 
I cant go to a doc.. plz , main kya karoon !!! this is the second time I got it pierced, the actual suraakh is fine, its hte area rite above it thas messed up..

The Origin brand is really good. They have some lotion in a small bottle for $10 and it really works on a pimple. Whenever have it, simply use a little and pimple goes away in a day or 2 at max.
Also NEVER EVER touch a pimple. More you touch it, more you give chance to bacteria to grow.

Its "Origin" Brand. Usually they have it in cosmetics area in Macy's or JC Penny etc. Just asked them that you need something for pimples. They only have one kind. Apply a little with a q-tip.
Origin is actually a herbal brand by a well-known cosmetics company - I guess by Clinique.

i think body shop sells a tea tree oil around $10-12.....but its not that concentrated. doesnt work too fast. i've experienced no matter how much crap u put on a pimple it wont go away before 7 days. or just use a bit of salicylic acid cream. or tomato juice. and dont pick on it.
or take a scissor and snip it off.

I hate my nose It always runs, last time i got it pierced it got infected, and a few weeks ag, shrtly before i left for pak, my dad accidentally hit me in the nose

IF I am not mistaken then I think you are talking about 'Moka' which looks like pimple but infact it is NOT a pimple. I had something similar at the back of my ear when I got it pierced 2nd time. I went to see my doctor and he used to inject something on this moka thingy and after few weeks it dissolves on its own. you should see your doctor too if it is not going away since its the matter of your Nose.
