Help needed Plz.

My computer is not logging in on GS. It accepts and confirms password and says thankyou ,you are logging in but after that the browser appears GS page without logging in and on above the name and password boxes remain empty as before.Is this any kind of virus? and how to get rid of it .Any response/solution will be welcomedBest regardswasalam

Hit F5. Refresh the page! Which browser u using?

Sir , its MS internet explorer. Now its working fine ,dont know what sometimes happens .There is no anti-virus so seems some hanky panky always goes with it

Its work only when computer is shut down and turned on again, F5 is not working here. I dont know whats the internal problem.May be some comp. expert shed light over it

Sounds like a cookie problem to me. Your computer may not be accepting cookies from the site.

When u log in, press save... and than click on log in....it shud be f9...this happend to me before nd i tried, it worked!
