help!!need advise on gaining weight

hi im new ere!! just need help with ma weight problem im 19 and 5 6 tall but only weight 7 half stones!!i need some advise on how to gain weight im getting married next year so i need to to gain!! lolz plz help thanx:wave: :slight_smile:

Usually any weight related threads here are about the opposite to your problem. Have you discussed this with your doctor?

7 and a half stone is around 105 pounds, unless my maths is even worse than I had thought.

That's not under-weight. I have seen a 5-6 at 95 lbs. She was a bit on the skeleton side but not bad.

I think Salma is asking for more than just body weight in a dhakkay chuppay words. I think. May be I am reading too much into it.

FG, the diet is for her. I am on a hummus and arugula salad with walnut and chives and a balsamic vinegrette dressing diet. Oh and beer.

Never be hungry, always be eating (healthy stuff). also, start excersizing, muscle weighs more than fat. Remember to have a balanced diet, consult your doctor or a dietician or someone qualified about this.

This website tells you different ways to gain weight. I hope it helps. But i would suggest don’t try to gain weight by eating junk food, its not very healthy.
