By the way, you lost me with that engineering bit. Whats the link between “things do not happen overninght in the field of Engineering” and you getting hitched to this lady? Do you mean to say that you are not making enough money right now. My candid advice is that if someone is silly enough not to see the long-term potential but just gets bogged down by what you are earning currently, then really you are better off looking elsewhere.
You don’t want to be the guy who is “if all else fails, I’ll marry this person” kinda left-over. I don’t know about this love theory of yours. Personally, I think there are many ways to meet a potential life partner. There is the traditional route where your ami finds you a bride, or your friends can introduce you, or you can work through online sites, professional match-makers, bars, clubs, activities, masjid, sports - whatever. All of them are just various ways for you to meet people and if you like someone you just have to do the conventional thing which is to get to know the real person and figure out if both of you are right for each other.
