who knew that focusing on my breathing would be the key to my sleeping…
Seriously, all you insomniacs out there, try the breathing technique above ^. I’m not saying that i had a wonderful 8 hour sleep by doing it, but i slept for a lot longer than i usually do… just by concentrating solely on my breathing, i was able to nod off…who’da thunk it?
The only problem was that whilst i was doing it, the hubby burst out in a fit of laughter and told me i was stopping him from sleeping… ![]()
