NOW purely for her OWN self-respect she shud jus leave the bench, Or get spoken to with no respect. Like what hapend. If that wud be me, i wud say ok B*tch, If the bench is so important TAKE IT! and what?!

Why dont you just loosen one of the legs on the bench, so when she sits down and breaks bench and falls down and becomes a joke infront of the whole class, she will learn her lesson and leave the bench herself...........I know its silly but its worth a try

Aye, I would personally go for a beach folding chair, like the ones in Brighton...cos they are well happy.

If you can't afford a chair, just remind yourself that people wee on benches...drunk people and one musn't sit on them, especially if one is a lady.
