Since I am here, I have been taking Egg Paratha in my breakfast. I am feeling like putting on weight whenever I have it. Can anyone suggest me the healthy Breakfast, which fills my tummy and still of low calories.
Dont suggest me the oatmeal, corn flakes, milk kinda things.. I am not that girl ![]()

Egg and paratha everyday?
NO , since you know it is a cold country, we have small houses , it’s better to take healthy food as we don’t move much especially when you are a house wife. If you keep taking paratha and egg, you 'll gain more weight.
Keep changing your breakfast everyday, don’t take the same thing , well I get bored if I eat same thing in my breakfast.
-Take cereals ,different type of cereals 3 times in a week.
-Boiled egg,a cup of tea.
-A cup of tea or milk with toast.
-Toast with your favorite Jam flavor / muffin.
-Flavored yoghurt or porridge.
-Tea with Croissant/ vanilla crown.
-Granola with milk/ Yoghurt.
You can add a piece of cake with tea some day or biscuits. This is what i could think of ,lol. There are so many items if you go to Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s bakery section.

i always have an apple...and 2 slices of bread and some yoghurt...
i toast my bread slices and make (grill/boil) some boneless chicken (with some spices and peppers) a night before
or turkey meat...
sometimes just cheese toast and some chutney/chili sause...
fresh orange juice or grapefruit juice :D

Fresh orange or Grape fruit juice is good especially if you are on weight loss plan. Orange juice in the morning on empty stomach burns your fat.

Try to make it a night before…or a week before and put in in the freezer or refrigirator… And indeed no juice on empty stomach…specially no citrus juices…try apple juice its mild

Hi Queen,
Breakfast is the important meal of our day as it provides us energy for the rest of the day so we must have healthy breakfast. Avoid oil and fried thing and how about taking 1 small salad bowl with a cup of steamed brown rice and 1 chicken breast in breakfast?

Juices aren't better than the real fruit, because you're getting rid of all the fiber. Yeah they might have most of the nutrients from that fruit, but not having fiber means you'll start feeling hungry in no time.
You can still have the Anda pratha. Just limit yourself to 3 egg yolks a week and make a smaller paratha, using whole wheat flour.:)

A Banana, An Apple and 2 slices of whole wheat Bread with boiled egg and If you don't like milk then take OJ.

try taking a glass of milkshake(without icecubes) as milk is very important for you.....or mix horlicks in milk....n then prepare your breakfast of wholemeal bread n eggs in any from or any sandwich spread with tea.....
i cant leave tea honestly!....lol
n if you feel hungry after an hour or two then munch on some fruits or dryfruits....
eat parathas on weekend....

Ummm how about you include healthy fats? Like PB (in moderation off course)
Tea, toasted everything bagel with PB - yummerz!!
Veggie Omelete with whole wheat bread? - incorporate mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, spring onions, spinach, sprinkle reduced fat cheese if needed

or try it the other way: feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes etc

Omelete will fill you up and provide good nutrition

a healthy dose of smoothie? Soy milk, banana, strawberries (or any berries in this case), walnuts - Blend and drink
Good luck. I would love me a paratha everyday - but by the time I wake up in the morning to go to work, I’m already in a hussle ![]()

i eat paratha 2-3 times a week but i dont like eggs, i eat eggs 2-3 times in 3 months that too in severe weather conditions
but try cereals they are good, even though i’m the same kind as you
but i also like bread , biscuits , cakes , sometimes cheese and butter as well
for breakfast
