Have a smoothie made with plain soya yogurt, 2 tbsp ground almonds, milk or juice, a banana and blueberries..just wiz it up in a blender. Then after a little while have 2 scrambled eggs, with one fried tomato cut into slices with 1-2 pumpkin seed ryvita's.

Well have a cereal yo. There are healthy cereals in ya're local grocery shelf. Pick it up and have that..instead of parathas. And all that stuff. I personally don't like parathas, halwa puri and all that. I don't know..how people eat that and I like my light breakfast. Sometimes toast with light margarine or cereal.

Breakfast must be healthy as it gives energy for the whole day buy it is important to avoid fatty items, so avoid oily food in the morning. you can take fruits like papaya, banana, they are healthy and fat free as well

Healthy Quick Tasty Food Recipes?
Hi Guys & Girls ::D
Im due to go on holiday soon and eith summer approaching i badly wNt to get healthy and in shape for it all ratger than hiding away indoors cos of my weight & insecurity.
Since the past few days me and my sister have really started eating healthier, we cut out roti, bread, rice pasta etc from our diet but not so strictly e.g if we both come back from work late and cant be bothered to make food for ourselves then yes we'll have 1 small roti made my mummy :p but normally all tem sort of foods are avoided.
Weve added alot of salad to our diet, i just have stttted buying the readymade salad as its quick easy and always ready to snack on to! The only reason before id hardly have salad was cos of having to prepare it all!!
I just thought it would be a great idea for us all yo advice each other on diferent healthy recipes that are quick fun and made using ingredients youd definetly find at home rather then weird stuff like i sometimes find in these gora healthy food magazines!
Like last week i brough 2kg of sliced thin schicken fillets and straight away marinated them in a peri peri masala marinate made my mummy so i dont actually know what goes in and popped in fridge. So now evertime i come home from my early shift all i gota do is simly lughtly grill a fillet, in a pan stitfry some egetables of my choice, chuck in sauted cherry tomatoes, ready made salad all on a plate with acouple of peices of avacado as its really good with burining fat and voilaa yummy food everyday thats diffnt.
So if you guys could share id really appreciate :)

I like stove cooked oatmeal, pre cooked and freezed away serving size wise in ziplocks. I keep a few in the fridge every few days to save time on thawing. I add some flax and chia seeds along with strawberries/ blueberries/ splenda and fat free milk and am good to go. Also have a salad with 1 tsp fat free dressing and tea.

The breakfast has its great importance as it is like an oxygen which gives you new life and if you take healthy breakfast then it will help you in rest of the day. The best breakfast is to take bread with tea or with egg as homemade bread will give you the real energy and keep your body in running position.
