I take it you never heard those terms used , and women being checked out despite being fully clothed, by men all over the world. If that is your argument then all over the world women are treated as second class citizens.

If a man just goes out and spends nights with multiple women without marrying them or telling them, that’s female empowerment?

If the woman chose to do that then yes. If she wants to go sleep around or have multiple relationships and it’s SOLELY **HER **choice then yes, it’s female empowerment.
