hell

HELL

  1. Hell is so deep that if a stone were to be dropped into it, it would travel for 70 years before reaching the bottom.

  2. The breadth of each of the four walls around Hell is equivalent to a
distance covered by a walking journey of 40 years.

  3. Hell has 7 gates.

  4. Hell had been lit for one thousand years until its flames became red.
Again it was heated for another thousand years till its colour became white.
Still again it was burnt for further thousand years and its white colour
    flames turned pitch black.

  5. Even the most fierce fire of this world is 70 fold cooler than the fire of Hell.

  6. The lightest punishment in Hell would be the wearing of " Fiery Shoes
" which would cause one’s brain to boil.

  7. Hell in infested with venomous snakes and scorpions of the size of donkeys and if they were to bite a person then he/she will suffer pain for 40 years.

  8. For food, the dweller of Hell would be given Zaqqum which is a
prickly tree, so bitter, that even if a single molecule of it were to spill
onto this earth it would make all the foodstuff of the world bitter and
    unpalatable.

  9. For drinking, the denizen of Hell would be provided with hot, boiling pus mixed with blood, matter, urine and tears etc. of the dwellers of Hell. If a bucket of this foul liquid were to be spilled onto this earth, the entire world would be upset and disrupted by its most foul stink.

  10. Boiling water would be poured over Jahannami’s (an inhabitant of the hell fire) head and this will cause their internal organs to melt and leak out through their feet.

11.The inmates of Hell would be lashed with heavy clubs of iron. If one such
club were to be placed upon this earth, the combined strength of all the
human beings, as well as all the Jinns, would fail to lift it; and if a
mountain is struck with one of these clubs it would cause the whole mountain
to disintegrate.

  1. The dwellers of Hell would be burnt daily for 70 thousand times. Every time, after the skin and flesh is burnt, they would be restored to life so that they can continuously taste this punishment..

  2. A drunkard will be given blood, pus, sweat, filth, etc. to drink in
    Hell.

  3. All the haughty people will be gathered in the Hereafter and driven towards Hell but their bodies would be reduced to the size of ants and they will be given to consume the excretions of the dwellers of Hell.

  4. Some sinners would be made to climb " SAUD " which is a mountain of fire in Hell, and then dropped from its peak and this process would continue
    forever and ever.

  5. The dwellers of Hell would be bound in chains which would be greater in length than the distance between the sky and the earth.

  6. They will be made to wear clothes made from fire .

  7. Beside physical torture, the dwellers of Hell would also be subjected to mental harassment through the taunting by the guardian of Hell who will remind them of their sins on earth and remark : Now taste the fire, etc."

  8. The sinners and disbelievers would be humiliated to such an extent that
besides their revolting ugliness and pitch black faces, their upper lips
would be touching their foreheads and the lower lip dangling around the
    navel.

  9. The dwellers of Hell would weep so much and shed so much of tears and blood that furrows would be formed on their cheeks.

  10. The tongues of Hell-inmates would be so long and protruding from their
mouths that others would trample and step on them.

  11. Shaitaan (the devil) will also rebuke the denizens of Hell.

  12. The dwellers of Hell would display their rage and fury on those who led
    them astray.

  13. The inhabitants of Hell would appeal to the guardians of Jahannam (hell) to intercede on their behalf in the court of Allah but their pleas would rejected. They will supplicate to Allah but their prayers would not be granted.

  14. They will then abide forever in Hell, continuously lamenting and braying like asses.

Sounds pretty cool. Like gary, Indiana. What do you want to discuss by the way?

Only Allah is eternal. Nothing else then how could one living in hell would remain there for eternity.

May ALLAH keep us away from the hellfire.. Aameen

Jazak ALLAH for the reminder:flower1:

I have some questions about the picture of hell presented by Mr. Tanha-Tanha:

Q1: According to him,

.

That means that they would be burned almost every other second. If we consider it to be true than there would be no time left to pour hot boiling voter over these inhabitants of hell as said by Tanha-Tanha:

Q2: If the temperature of hell's fire is 70 times higher than any fire in this world. Scientists in laboratary have recorded temperature of more than million degrees centigrade. If hell fire is 70 times hotter than how could water sustain over in hell? It should immediately be evaporated!

Q3: What is the distance between sky and earth? Any guess.

Q4: When would any inhabitants of hell get the time between so many and so frequent tortures (every other second) to pray in front of Allah or to ask guardians of hell to help convey their message to Allah?

This description of Hell surely present an ultra-ambiguous and contradicted picture.

Fateh, I think the reply will be that a day in hell is like 70,000 years long or something. I am not sure.

Mr fatehahmad: the physical laws that u are describing are made for this alam-e-asbaab -the world. The Very God who created the materialistic laws and your materialistic thinking is surely fully capable of everything that is beyond my or your imagination. :-)

fateh sahib.. stick with the program.. jazakallah and move along.. don't try to make sense out of non sense.

haha .. the irony.. from someone who is waiting to fornicate with hoors in jannah... this is classy..

Mr. Gadha,

Ok! Don't answer my other questions but atleast try to answer one of them:

Question: Only Allah is eternal then how could inhabitants of hell would remain in hell forever?

Waiting for you answer

sure: :) the arwaah are made eternal :-)

that's all :)

Mr. Gadha,

Then I am afraid Mr. Gadha, you are inching towards shirk.

Only Allah is from 'Adem' and to 'Abed'. Humans or inhabitants of hell can't live forever or their bodies can't be there forever. Eternity is for Allah only!

Your arguement would totaly destroy this eternity which is preserved only for Allah!

arwaah's are not from Adem :-)

please read quran and ahaadeeth thoroughly .... thanks.

I dun have anything else to say. I stated what i beleive and u did urs. That's all :-)

Mr. Gadha,

You have just taken one attribute of Allah, which was not previously shared by anybody else and distributed between Allah and all the arwahs.

Can you prove from Quran and Hadith, that anybody else can share in this attribute of Allah i.e. Eternity.

And we are here on this discussion board to discuss things. If you don't want to discuss it then what in the first place you are doing here?

I'll see y'all there

U seem to know a lot of quran:)
enlighten me with what this ayaa means and the word abad in this ayah means that u will find many places in quran for the people of hell and for paradise:-)

Khaaledeena Feehaa Ababa

Read the Quran meri jaan :~)

The Holy Quran does not teach that those in hell shall suffer everlasting torments; and this is an important consideration which conclusively settles the question that hell is meant for the advancement of man and for his purification. There is no doubt that the abiding of evil-doers in hell is mentioned in some verses of the Holy Quran to be for "abad " which sometimes means prospective eternity, but " abad" also signifies a long time. And there are numerous passages in the Holy Quran showing that those in hell shall ultimately be taken out. Thus, in ch. 6: v. 129, the Quran says: "God said, Verily the fire is your resort to dwell therein unless thy Lord will it otherwise, verily, thy Lord is wise and knowing." On another occasion, those in hell are spoken of as "staying therein for years" (ch. 78: v. 23). The original word is "Ahqab" which is the plural of "huqub", meaning a year or years, or seventy or eighty years, or a long time (see Lanes Arabic Lexicon).

The statement that the evil-doers will abide in hell only for a limited number of years shows clearly that, according to the Holy Quran, the torments of hell are not everlasting, for infinite time cannot be measured by a finite number of years. Again in ch. 101: v. 6, hell is called a "mother" of those who shall go into it. The use of this word is the clearest evidence as to the true nature of hell as described in the Holy Quran. What is meant is that, as a child is brought up by the mother, so those in hell will be brought up in that place for a new life, the life of perpetual advancement in paradise.

It is true that the Holy Quran also speaks of hell as a place of torment or tortures, but these torments according to the Holy Book are remedial. Just as a patient has to devour bitter medicines and undergo operations and amputations which are most painful, but which are undoubtedly the only steps which can restore him to health; so also it is with torments of hell. They are not only the natural consequences of the poison of sins, but, at the same time, the torments are the most necessary steps to undo the effect of the poison and breath into a person a new life in which he must go on making unending progress. Thus hell is also a manifestation of the mercy of God, though of different kind, from heaven.

Did you read Quran where Allah swt told about putting life in dead donkey, all parts of bird joining each other to make a LIVE bird? Similarly why would it not be possible that a skin burns with fire, gets back its shape within some nano-seconds and then burnt again? or however Allah swt may decide!?

Q2: If the temperature of hell's fire is 70 times higher than any fire in this world. Scientists in laboratary have recorded temperature of more than million degrees centigrade. If hell fire is 70 times hotter than how could water sustain over in hell? It should immediately be evaporated!

These are two different punishments, burning directly with fire, our boiling water poured on body. It doesn't say how long that water will be kept over fire.

Q4: When would any inhabitants of hell get the time between so many and so frequent tortures (every other second) to pray in front of Allah or to ask guardians of hell to help convey their message to Allah?

When you are in pain, you can still pray (not necessarily "salat") to Allah swt, can't you?
