Nope....didn't want to divert anything. And in fact I didn't divert anything. If you review the total number of posts in the thread you will find that the vast majority are, thankfully for people who can't think beyond, very directly related to the original subject matter.
I shared what came to mind.

I am not going to 'ignore' such misleading post about my country. I actually wanted to call you out on that and I did, you can go ahead ignore my post and I will be glad. But I really want someone to answer the question I had asked you in my previous post, so in future we could avoid such half cooked theories and disinformation and conclusions being thrown around.
By the way, the thread did not get diverted because irrelevance and intention of your point was immediately countered by multiple users.

I am going to give all benefit of the doubt to who ever is on the other side of the discussion.
Perhaps they genuinely don't know.
Ok do the math. I show why india/pakistan harsh comment would always be out of proportion, because of indians.
1-When some on ask you/me about Christians in pak, we never have opinion, we always wish nothing bad happen to them. We feel responsible. Since they are a small minority.
2-Now imagine, panjab,kpk, sindh or MQM we have opinions. and we say it.
3-In india there is huge number of muslims.
4-Its no secret Indians have strong opinion about them.
5-Pakistan made up of such people.
Indians would always have an opinion about us, we wont have an equivalent opinion.
Since hindu are small.. small minority.
They always think we came out of them... that is annoying but not too hurtful.
etc....
Our opinion about their religion is based on our visual information.
They have secret history of islam only they know... Basically about every thing..we hold dear... they have pretty filthy theories.
Now if you like I can PM you some beautiful out of proportion suggestion indians regularly make on the net about muslims...

I agree lots of Indian non Muslims say filthy stuff about Muslims. And it appears this trend has gained since Modi took office. I would unscientifically put the number as say 25 pct of non muslims say really filthy stuff. Another 35 pct are biased against muslims. But don't say such filthy stuff. 40 pct of non muslims speak up against such filth and bias.

We are not Indians. Hospitality is a proud Pakistani trait - even your non Muslims Indians can see that. Thousands of Sikh pilgrims come to Pakistan every year and that's fine by us.
Though we should be way more careful about granting visas and accomodation to any nilly villy Indians (regardless of their faith) who later turn out be terrorists and agents of RAW.
Then situation will remain same. Since Indian society is very hierarchical, it looks at the world through similar window. In that perspective Pakistan has its place. If you wish for good treatment you have to take unilateral hard decisions.
In similar likelihood, it is possible that India might ban all Pakistanis.
Osama wasn't on Visa in Pakistan so agent and terrorist will find their way with or without visa anyway.

I see nothing wrong with that. Unlike us, Indians have some shame and they are proud of it. Why are our singers and people going to India? And if you are there and get mistreated you deserved it.

Loved watching him as I grew up but I can't stand the man now. No shame at all.

If he stays there at his own risk, and if something happens to him, he should not expect the Govt of Pakistan to rescue him.
It's common sense to get out in such situations. Staying is just being stubborn......
