Look at the colours in the food...looks so appealing. Mostly we overcook food and kill the nutrients but this looks like its bursting with goodness! Well done!

Its healthy in the sense that its got heaps of vegies.

However im assuming they are pre-packed frozen vegies which ofcourse arent that healthy.

Lots of carbs and lots of protien is what I see which is very good if you are extremely active.

Post the recipe of the macaronis please.
Its been ages since i've had that.

Ok Maccroni:

Take some mince chicken, season it with salt, paper, corriander powder, haldi, ginger/garlic powder , and little oil. Cook till chicken is tender, keep stiring and breaking the lumps while cooking. it should take 10-15. Take your favorite frozen vegies (I used one of those mix packs with carrots, peas, brocoli, lama beans chess nuts, bell peper, etc I think I used 2 diff packs), pass them under water (like twice so they are no more stick to each other), add them in the chicken, add little salt for season, saute 5-7 mins.
In a seperate pot boil maccroni. When maccroni is cooked, drain the water and add it to the chicken vegi pan. Add soya and chili sauce to taste. Mix it all on medium high heat for 2-3 mins.
Plate it and enjoy with your favorite juice or water (Soda would take the healthy part out of it) :D

For the other two:

I just took assorted vegis, some favorites (like corn), some not so favorites (like brocoli), run all the vegis under water. In a pan add little oil, add the vegis, salt and peper to taste, cook for 5-10 mins and that's it. Eat with some steamed or baked or grilled chicken or fish (or any other kind of meat you like), to meet the carbs, add one or two table spoons of boiled rice or pasta (just make sure you don't make it a rice or pasta dominating dish).

lol… by theway you can eat this stuff once in a while but not everyday … anyhow enjoy! :smiley:
