Make a light masala with 1tsp oil, ginger/garlic paste, tomato puree, onions, salt, red peper, corriander powder, and haldi. Run the vegis and shrimps under water. Add them to the masala, simmer for 10 mins on medium heat. For roti, use whole wheat tortilas.
