Me too…I’ve been craving chips (both fries and crisps…esp the bbq flavored ones) as well as cake; more specifically TIRAMISU!! This craving might just get satisfied by tonight!

Ahhhhh… Fries u say…(don’t like BBQ flavoured chips)… Have a hot chocolate brownie with icecram at least twice a week..

I don’t know what is available there… The place u live sounds like a Food paradise to me…I like simple plain American cream and onion… Icecreams I like any flavour except Indian flavours like rajbhog kajubadam and stuff like that…dont like american nuts… Prefer Belgian chocolate…sometimes I wonder can’t there be a icecream pack with 100 -100 gms of all flavours..with complementary chocolates and a legal notice that the consumer should melt and drizzle it on the icecream and eat it…
If u ever come here…I will feed u the most awesome delicacies… Meetha isn’t much good but other food is like responsible for ugly fatsos…:p…and they have no regret…

No..Lily…I don’t like rice… But healthy foods mein I take oats and green tea twice …flaxseed too… And salad…muesli and bran if needed…
As for workout…I don’t go to a gym…but enough workouts…with skating swimming…and related stuff…and I find gym boring…very…very very…

@jeans i don’t go to gym either, i exercise occasionally at home, but i love walking…makes me happy…yayyy endorphins. I’m learning to do push ups…can do knee push ups but not the proper ones.

Pushups… torture me… I am not able to stand after I do three.. (that is if I am able to do three, cause my neck jams and I am not able to lift myslef.. bhai pulls and didi pushes.. then I accompalish three)

I am not a rice person either, just once a week. This week I did not eat carbohydrates much. Try Chia seeds, they contain Omega 3.
There are two type of people who either Like or Dislike gym, i used to hate going to the gym but now ? I have become addicted to it, i love visiting gym as i do good workout, keeps me motivated by looking how much workout other people do and there are so many machines, so much to do. I want to go swimming but none of my friends willing too, these girls prefer gym.

My life has taught me, i used to eat a lot of junk food while I was at school/college but I eat clean now as I am trying to lose weight. If you don’t have weight gain issues and your job involves walking around, there is no harm in eating Junk.
