Ok, I will start with what I had today.
Breakfast Half chopped carrot Banana 1 slice of white bread with butter and strawberry jam
Lunch 1 slice of pizza Half chopped carrot
Evening meal 3 spring rolls with plenty of salad Seviya
Snacks through the day 1 toffee Pack of nice 'n' spicy nik naks Tropical flavour ice pop
this is a gr8 idea but if u wanna eat healthy replace white bread with brown/wholewheat. also pizzas made on wholewheat dough, brown pastas, reduce jams, butter to once a while. bananas make us fat too . :)
