Speakin of mcdonalds, I was watching this special on E! about 101 celeb slimdowns.. anyway they showed Morgan spurlock, the guy who made the supersize me dcumentary.. he lived on mcdonalds for bfast, lunch, n dinner, he gained 17 lbs in 12 days and wahtever weight he gained in those 30 days took him ONE YEAR to get rid of :bummer:

I just got back from Pak about a week ago, so im still (slowly) getting into a routine of proper diet n xercise (not that I had one anytime before :halo: )..

For a few days I was doing well, not eating too much but last fwe days, I been starved.. constantly stuffing myself.. I’m trying to do better.. Its a step by step thing, like Shweet said.. I want to start goin to the gym again.. aim for 30-35 min cardio 3-4 tmes a week (for the time being) and eliminate cookies n cakes n ice cream (first step).. :bummer:
