YES!
I love water, and after a doctor’s advice started to drink much more than the normal amount. But it has become a problem for me and i can’t seem to get back to normal. I drink at least half a gallon of water each day, but the days i am really busy at work and can’t drink that much…i get horrible leg cramps during the night time. I have seen a doctor for this issue but all they say is that my body is really use to the water and flushes when the electrolyte from my system. I am no longer able to fast as my legs cramps get so bad that i am limping the next day
Few days into Ramadan and my kidneys start to hurt. I have tried to drink salt water, electrolyte water and other home remedies to at least keep few rozas …but i always end up not being able to walk due to leg pains and back pain (kidney)
SO please don’t overdo the water! Because i have tried everything to get back to normal, but can’t.
