Guys, the issue is not if the 16 years old is adult or a child, issues are that he is married and the 16 years old is his SIL.

Exactly! Islamically he can’t even marry two sisters at the same time. He is lacking respect for relationships and control of his emotions - which is a bigger problem then the age of OP’s sister.
