the boy friend, before the last boy friend, & even the one before the last from the last… all like eating alot.
now,
what does a tiny little 110.00 lbs slender woman do to politely tell the man in her life to close his mouth and eat only little salads and nuts or select fruit?
how do u not starve the guy for his appetite, esp when he is invited at ur home and with ur family, but at the same time, EFFECTIVELY STOPE HIM from eating a lot.
how can u indicate it to him, politely but firmly, that eating too much is not good for his own health and well-being of the relationship.
feel free to chime in, guys, what is ur take on it?
If he has not complained to you about being overweight then who are you to dictate to him what to eat and what not to eat?
I'm sure he knows what he looks like, if ther'es any risks to being the way he is.
If he's not being a sloppy pig when he eats, then again what business is it of urs?
Besides, just because ur little 110 lb frame needs only (select) fruit and nuts and lettuce to survive (and be satisfied) doestn mean everyone else does.
Not even taht, but the more you weigh, the more calories you need to consume so that you DO NOT starve. To lose weight steadily, I believe you only need to cut 2-500 calories per day.
tell him that he will be meeting his prospective inlaws and he should make sure that he puts a good impression on them. Things he should be careful about are
Dress.., Manners, Eating style which is part of one's mannerism, he should avoid over eating, take small portions etc etc, other manners could be keep the tone low, don't move too much hands and arms, try sitting professionally; Topics to discuss and topics to avoid, try avoid discussing polictics and religion, talk on general subjects.
So talk to him like this generally, hopefully he won't mind it.
Does he weigh a lot too? I mean u shud be worried about compatibility of 110 lbs frame with that of his.
Or if he's not too big and yet eats a lot, you can always say, hey where does it all go what u eat? Do you know they say it may affect your metabolic system or smth like that! :)
