Sorry, but he sounds like a loser. Dump him. So many women end up living lives of misery because they keep hoping that a rotten apple will turn sweet and shiny. It won't happen, so don't make excuses for him---if he wants to play the field, let him do it behind a dumber girl's back.
Most women would be so much better off if they learned to be a little less tolerant.
