There is no effing way in hell a guy from Lahore does NOT know about sex. It simply isn't possible. He is either taking the mick or he's lying just to see how much she knows about sex or if she's had any 'experiences'. And something tells me it's the latter.

True and the guys from Pakistan are usually the most PERVERTED and CREEPY so there is NO way they don't know what it is. Half of them have done each other (heard about lots of gay stuff going on there even with heterosexual males). shudders

^It's annoying that the guy is playing around like this........annoying but slightly funny. However, I personally find it MORE annoying that his fiance is so gullible. Somehow the latter seems more off-putting.

And if he's doing it to test her level of experience....that's sad.

At least that's what my relatives that live there have made it seem like. Your from Lahore...how do you not know this? Homosexuality is RAMPANT in Pakistan because the men either can't get women or are so restricted from dating or being with women. I'm SO glad I don't live there!

I have heard a lot about guys using donkeys to practise.

Edit: I remember a story about a guy either in Algeria of Morocco who was caught with a goat, the village elders decided as punishment he would be forced to marry the goat and had to pay Haq Mehr to the owner of the goat.

Err no..not at all. Do you have any statistics to back up your claim? Frustration may run high but no one in their right mind would turn to homosexuality as a result.

Sorry no statistics to back up my claim...just going based on what people tell me and what my mother tells me. My mother said that her brother (my mamoo) was molested by some maulvi guy when he was young. Stuff like this happens WAY too much there. Another time, my mother was flashed by some creepy guy on the street, he just took his hot dog out of his pants and aimed it at her....DISGUSTING!!!! And my relatives tell us about guys raping other guys and also doing it with each other cuz they are sooo desperate.

Priests molest children too. You're just as likely to get flashed in the west. Maybe more. Sexual abuse, homosexuality are not limited to one location and usually don't happen as a result of pent up frustration. Guys certainly aren't THAT desperate here.

OH COME ON!!! I’ve dealt with my fair share of creeps and weirdos in pak but even I think this is way way way way out of line and kinda offensive too!

Not necessarily. I saw plenty of burqa-clad women in Lahore. I’d say 80% of them were in abaya/hijab (lets say 90% of THOSE were made up of my own relatives )

sara - Didn't mean to offend you..like I said, this is what my relative's experience has been and my own mother has seen/heard a lot about homosexuality there. They don't live in the really posh areas so they come across more chicora pun I guess...

Oh wait...my relatives are in Karachi...don't know if that makes a diff though! Meh...

wow, 90%. I am surprised how this trend is increasing in Pakistan. Is your family quite religious and have always worn hijabs or is this something that has happened over the last few years?. I hope no one is forcing them to do that.

I am sorry that you have had such bad experiences in Pakistan. This kind of behaviour however is common in the uneducated and poor classes of all countries and not just Pakistan. But believe me, an educated person from a good family would never dare to do such a thing, but I can say that if I had been there on that day when this disgusting scene happened with you and your mother, that person would not have gotten away without getting seriously hurt by me. My request for all my sisters, who encounter this kind of behaviour in Pakistan is to please create noise and commotion so that we know what is going on.
