Convicted PM of Pakistan insulting his nation in last 30 seconds.
They are his people and this is how he plans to tell them off?
Disgusting!

Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
Gilani is not a good PM, but this is a silly point.
He effectively rebutted the interviewer, and pointed out her lie.
Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
OMG. It looked like a comedy sketch at the end, he looking like a dummy and the interviewer's jaw dropping in disbelief.
The interviewer is probably thinking that it was far easier to make a fool of prime minister than she thought.
That is what happens when people who are incompetent don't realize their shortcoming.
These idiot leaders should run as far away as possible from these foreign interviews.
They want to prove that they are important enough to be approached for interviews by foreign media even if they end up getting insulted from start to the end.
They know they are not popular in their own country and they should know that the foreign media is not going to be nice to them.
He is not only corrupt, convicted but also stupid.
At least, Zardari is corrupt but he wouldn't have made a fool out of himself like this goon just did.
He would have answered the question in a round about manner. Maybe saying 'no comment' or 'I haven't seen this survey', or 'I don't believe that survey' etc.
So embarrassing.

what lie? She said something about disillusioned pakistanis willing to leave country? and this is how he intends to own his people, the awam? Even if the interviewer lied, is this how he is going to respond?
Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
He could’ve easily said that I trust general elections more than gallop polls. Let elections decide what people want. - but that genius came up with the answer “why dont they leave then” ![]()
Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
Looks like he did. ![]()
Such gems we have as high govt officials.
Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
Why we want to see credentials of a genuine Prime Minister from a low IQ puppet.
He is serving his boss and his own family not his country or its people.

Pakistanis had always been willing to leave the country purely on economic reasons. Why this has surprised you? Open immigration of USA and other developed western countries, and see how many wanted to leave the country? "sachi baat par aakhir mirchian kyo lagti hain"

listen bhaijaan. You have missed an open point what I was trying to make. Other posters saw it.
Yes people have been willing to leave the country. But if your prime minister is saying such embarrassing things 'why dont they leave the country?' on international media instead of being diplomatic or compassionate then I am afraid something is terribly wrong with him.
Re: He didnt really say that, did he?
OMG - I am dumb founded with his comments in last 30 second..
- Look at interviewee’s face -

Expatriate Pakistanis are major source of foreign exchange to Pakistan. It will be blessings for Pakistan's economy if as many go out and seek employment for their and country's benefit. Any government working on such project would contribute to the prosperity of the country. As far I remember it was ZAB who utilized effectively overseas Pakistani organization when for the first time in history of Pakistan, thousands and thousands of white and blue collar workers started their careers in Middle East during seventies.
