Well, the literal translation would be "On someone else's wedding, Abdullah is getting nuts". Its usual meaning is to point out other people who are wishing ill for a married couple and making a noise to sow the seeds of marital discord. Or if a married couple is having marital problems, then instead of trying to help them solve them, pour more oil to create more fighting.
^ ah, okay
Thanks, Faisal Bhai, i appreciate the quick explanation.
If the strife in the marriage of these 2 people is due to the inability of the husband to father a child, they do have options. If he sees a male fertility specialist, they may be able to extract a viable sperm and go the IVF route. Otherwise, they can use a donor sperm - either an anonymous donor or one from the family. There is no need for extramarital sex here and its quite possible that the parents of the husband are not aware of this. So maybe they suggested the brother's "services" as the only option that they saw available to have a child within the family. IVF is perfectly acceptable in Islaam as is artificial insemination. The only problem that comes in is the inheritance rights of the child, they supposedly forfeit any inheritance rights if they are not the biological child of their father.
If the strife is not due to lack of children, they should divorce. Why remain both miserable and childless for the rest of their lives??
this is indeed horrible

Yes thats true, but she can only be inseminated by her husbands sperm. A donor would never be allowed islamically.
But then again does it sound like the family cares about Islamic rulings?
