ok, the problem that I see here is that "accordance to Quran and Sharia" blows the whole issue wide open. From what I've read in the Koran, it is frowned upon unless its done for reasons mainly dealing with charity, it., the woman is widowed and cannot care for herself or her children.
The fact remains that there is absolutely NO reason for it in this day and age, the only thing polygamy provides is an "acceptable" way for the husband to cheat on his wife and to break the heart of his first wife.
While I'm quite sure that there may be a handful or so of polygamists who fall into the category of "acceptable", the very vast majority are horny *******s who dont give a whit about the feelings of their first wife.
Statistics dont mean sheet here, it goes without saying that its ludicrous for a man to have 2, let alone 4 wives. But we are HUMANS with feelings. It takes a really heartless, uncaring a**hole to bring in more than one wife. WHen you see these threads, its typically a teen with outta control hormones watching those desi love-movies and deluding himself into thinking that women will just fall over him even if they have to be the 2nd or 3rd or even 4th wife.
