Yes I have seen one…it was HORRIBLE!!! and the animal who was doing it was chanting “Allah ho Akbar”!!! I saw it likes 5-6yrs back…but I will never forget the expression on the face of the person who was getting executed.
When I see stuff like that I feel that we are even worse than the dirtiest of animals…

Believe me the temptation was there…
As for videos yes I have seen it done on a lot of Al-Qaeda style videos lately but that is not the exception some countries and I bet you can guess them still hold public beheadings and it’s not just and Islamic fundamentalist thing…
As a human I am somtimes appalled but I have no shame in admitting that I see the reasosn why it is often done, not all the reasons are justifiable but some are.
In terms of the execution it depends on the executioner but I can tell you if done properly it is a pretty swift death… I would perhaps like to go that way someday

I had this housemate a few years ago who was in watching "crime library" and similar stuff. He had a beheading video downloaded and showed that to me. It was, apparently, a Chechan Muslim Rebel beheading a Russian soldier with a sharp curved dagger. It was my first time watching such a video and it was such a horrible experience for me that a few seconds into the scene ..... I left the room. My whole body went cold instantly and I collapsed right outside of the room ...... felt my body shaking for a few seconds uncontrollably ......... and then when I felt that I could control my body and get up and moving ..... I went to my room and just laid there wanting to think of NOTHING.

I can recall something similar.
As for the beheading video, yes I watched one a few years ago now, it just made me think how heartless a person has to be in order to pull off something like that. Shooting is one thing, you do it and it’s over with, but to go through with a whole beheading is another thing altogether. As a kid I remember seeing a beheaded man hanging upside down in a floodlit public square next to a mosque (in Riyadh). The guy had been executed earlier in the day and was displayed there as a lesson for killing. It doesn’t happen these days but it was a pretty scary experience for a 5 year old.

there are various reasons…the latest trend by the ‘al-qaida insipired’ beheading…has to do with spreading terror in local inhabitants minds…usually they behead people and let the body at some public place as a warning…and then distribute CD’s in local markets so that people are scared of them…
and the other reason has to do with ‘sharing their glory’ with the world…:no:

Starting from Dagestan (July 1999),Iraq and all other beheadings .... Including one in Chechnya where two young lovers who were caught by Chechen rebels and the girl(her mouth was taped and she could not make noise) was beheaded right infront of her B.F and he was forced to watch it...
I am honest... I am callous to these shows now...............

the first one i ever saw ... i couldnt sleep for a couple of days ... and the vdo was rather blurry ... but still shocking enough. i felt like vomiting all the time. it really made me so extremely angry that the man who was beheading was chanting all these islamic words .. and then i was like ... who is to blame the West for hating us? such a thing would leave an impression on anyone .. especially the non-muslims.
