I was only verbally bullied in college by a class mate...but once I reached my limit and gave it right back to him in front of the whole class and the professor...ofcoz everybody was shocked coz I was a very quiet person..and it shut him up good!! After 2yrs or so we had all left college and he sent me an e-mail apologising for the way he treated me in college...ofcoz then I was shocked!!!
and after so many years I met him again at in UAE..we were hired to work for the same hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe my eyes...coz when we left college he was the last person on earth I ever wanted to see again!!!!!
But in high school my best friend always got bullied, sometimes physically, and she was too timid to for fight for herself, and I fought for her and it was physical fighting (I guess that is the advantage of growing up with boys :p )

had the bully situation in the last few yrs. i think that's why i shake sometimes and my stagefright is back and anxiety had increased tenfold. bullies mess with you emotionally and physically, they get you to a point where you get yourself to feeling totally helpless and whatever self esteem you had goes down the tubes.
fortunately i'm rid of the bully although he still lives in the city i live in, i've distanced myself from him in every way. It is a personal victory. now it's about rebuidling myself to my former self and my confidence. my biggest victory against the bully would be to overcome the anxiety and shaking he's caused in me, that would be the best revenge

I salute you for taking your life back from a bully and build it again. You will gain your confidence again inshallah.

yeah i think i got bullied once when i was little, i was the only asian girl in my year so theresa decided to take the mick calling me a dirty paki so i slapped her head. she went crying to tell the teacher. wtf is that like man up a bit atleast sheesh.
