This is shocking.. I went to Highschool in that area, and we never had any problems with the Jews...
Hopefully justice will be served..
Although, believe me, Pakistanis in that area are more then capable of handling themselves.

Okay, okay my bad I should have managed my anger a little better but I’m yet to meet a nice Jew and there’s loads of Jews in Manchester, I’m not the only one who feels that way, my mate use to work for one and he’s white, he feels the same way, people hate them for a reason.

Another white lad I know who is of partial Polish Jewish descent himself (he’s Protestant but goes to a Catholic church because of his gf) feels the sameway about them, he knows about the myth about Pashtuns being descended from the Bani Israel so he jokingly calls me a “filthy Jew” and if we’re both working saturdays he makes it as anti-Sabbath as possible by making Jewish jokes.

They didn’t deserve the holocaust but they can be … sometimes, just look at Jack Straw the MP who started the bashing on veiled Muslimah’s.

I’m sorry you haven’t met a nice Jew, because the world is filled with them. I work with Jews and have many Jewish friends (this sounds so stupic, but whatever), and I can tell you that I have had great interactions and relationships with them.

Any updates on this case?

Jewish people are descent folks for the most part… The ones in Brooklyn are of the hisidic variety and they tend to keep to themselves. Most people complain because the isolate themselves and dont have any kind of interaction with the community. But they dont make any trouble, and if anything they are the ones that get the abuse… Once someone slashed the tires of an entire block of cars in the Jewish area among other incidents. So that why this is so shocking, i’v never heard of this ever happening before.

thanks all for ur views and sense of realization on this issue.

i feel that it is very important for all Muslims to be able to address this sort of hate crimes, without feeling scared or being quiet.
that does not mean that we need to be not nice, or we need to act just as bad, but we must remember, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
& accordingly, we have to fight for our rights as respectable US citizens and no one, merely because of our national, ethnic or religious background, has the license to act mean and cruel to us.
