Nice to see you taking interest in my Mahan Inglistaan, perhaps I should gift you one my History books for Easter.

For starters, my Mahaan Inglistaan doesn’t even have a written legal constitution, but the outlook you referring to took centuries to achieve. Somehow some fundamentalists live in this bubble that either Secularism and Shriah can be imposed on people at whim. No, fortunately or unfortunately, it doesn’t work like this. No idiot can stand up and say, ‘right, lets just change the total outlook of our country by next Sunday’. It won’t yield any success. We don’t need some quick, cosmetic changes, we need deeply rooted, credibly, long lasting and gradual process which goes ahead issue by issue. The starting point of the process for every Mahan country usually begins with providing access to education for masses, strengthening of democratic institutions and industrialisation. So far my favorite leader is working on few of those things and hopefully, it’ll lead to something much bigger. I’m obviously no Hassan Nisar so I won’t be saying ‘no no we are doomed, even hell doesn’t want us’.

Btw, I must tell you, before my Mahaan country separated Church from State, there was a much needed and literally quite earth shattering Break from Rome some five centuries ago. Let’s see if your favourite leader has the guts to take a break from Saudi Arabia. Oh, I just read another thread stating Pakistani Army Chief has decided to raise another fresh batch of new hip Jihadists because of their Saudi Pope said so. How sad.

and i think it is equally idiotic to even assume that someone is suggesting that sharia or secularism can be implemented in one week! deep sigh!

I have read European history…and understand church/state separation background…so you can keep your books for a better use! or maybe read them again…just a thought!

and yes of-course it takes time ..long time .. to change the fabric of a societal makeup but it requires a basic framework to start with. as of now pakistani leadership and its masses have chosen a religion-based constitution under which you cannot even become president or PM of the country if you are not muslim, a syllabus which promotes hatred and narrow-mindness towards other religions, a suffocating environment where secularism has become a galliee…

and no i dont see any pakistani leader challenging this situation including your fav leader…your fav leader is actually selected by taliban as of the most trusted allies…ahhhh

oh by the way, your fav leader’s government did not even allow malala’s book to be presented in its province!!! enough said… now please dont give me BS that IK did not like that act per his tweet…

keep making false accusations as if i support NS, Bilawal or Army! just search my posts/threads…I focus more on IK because i used to belong to PTI and was a registered member in the USA and did some work for his party…so obviously more disappointed with him…

last but not least…sick of those shameless souls who live in the west,take full advantage of secular societies..where they can fully practice their religion under government protection…can participate in local politics an can be elected as PM…but they want a religion-based sharia system back home in Pakistan!
