Brother Trooper, please refrain from posting sources who have no idea what they are talking about and those who lack basic sense and understanding....and above all are LIARS.
The Hazrat saab in this audio clip gives an argument that non ahmadis believe that God does not interact with humans in any way and that muslims and Allah's interaction is a one way interaction, where only only the muslims continue to pray to God.
What the Neem Hakim is trying to do here is that he is placing the conclusion before his premises in an attempt to some how convince his audience. Needless to say....he fails miserably.
Jibrael's sole task was to deliver the message...Risalah which has stopped. It has been mentioned in the Quran and the Hadith several time that the message has been made complete for the whole of the Humanity for ever. And let me mention to all the Ahmadis over here that God is not dependant on Jibrael for communication. Neem Hakeem's statement that Jibrael is the Supreme Power when it comes to God's interaction between with human is not true. God is independant of everything, thats one of the basic fundamentals of Tawheed.
God does interact with us, on a normal to day to day basis, an example of which are the Good Dreams we see. The Prophet stated that prophethood is comprised of 24 different ways in which God communicated with the Prophets. Jibrael was only one of them. And the Prophet also said....that after me all these steps will be closed for ever, except Good Dreams, for they are a gift to you from Allah. The signs of a good dream from Allah are that, they will be Good, you will be able to remember them after you get up for a long time, and they will come true. But Good Dreams offer nothing but a smal sign that something good that will happen in the future and nothing else. The are not a means of Risalah or anything like that.

I think you have not understood much from the mpeg anyways. Who said god was not independent ? That is the basic teaching of Islam.

ChurailBano are you the new thekaydar of Islam? Allah (swt) works in mysterious way and is present amongst us all the time. People that want to find God/Allah will find Allah. I did in the most fascinating way. Allah has put signs on the earth besides Quraan.

It is the "forever" part that I disagree with. I communicate with Allah all the time and he responds with kindness. Prayer is another medium with which to communicate with God. He listens. You don't need angels or atleast I don't.

ChurailBano, if you do believe that God still interacts with us humans even today, you do believe in the right thing. However, saying that all other Muslims believe in the same thing is not correct. I have spoken to many other Muslims that believe that God did communicate with people at one time, but stopped communicating ~14 hundred years ago. They do believe that communication is only one way now (i.e. prayers), many mullahs believe the same. If you want I can try and verify it for you. “Good dreams” is not the only way, even today. Please post the ahadith and Quranic references that say that God will only communicate with us through “Good dreams” from now on so we can discuss that. “Kashf” is another way that God communicates with us, among others.
It is true that Sharia and final Law was perfected about 14 centuries ago, but God never stopped communicating with humans. To believe otherwise would be to believe that people today are accursed.

You did’nt understand what i was trying to say here. What has stopped is the series of prophethood. The Message that was being delivered to Humans (those who were Prophets) rite from Adam to Mohammad has stopped. There wont be any new Message delivered. Your communication with God…the nature of which iam not familiar with…is not the same as the communication the Prophets had with Allah. Wallah -o- Alam.
May Allah guide as all…and save us from the Fitnas.

Not sure what you are trying to say here. Yes, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (AS) did die, so did Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SA) and all other prophets before them. Not sure what “before Mirza who was the one;” means here.
Wahi, kashf, dreams, worldly signs, some times even what people utter, could all be forms of communications used by Allah to communicate with man. Point is, process of communication/revelation never stopped. Sharia was finalized with prophet hood of Hazrat Muhammad (SA). No doubt, the sort of direct communications that prophets have with Allah is not what you or I experience. But the channel is always open, try it.
What Verizon said above is very true, we communicate with God every day, you just have to open your eyes and realize it. And please stop believing in magic or “Alif-leila” type stories. All prophets were flesh and blood, and were subject to laws of physics. It is just that their spiritual eyes were wide open and they could see/interpret/understand more than ordinary humans. This is the nature of true blessing of Allah, he opens your spiritual eyes/ears and you can see/hear what ordinary man living in darkness can not see or hear. Of course, the pre-requisites are tough to fulfill. How many can successfully do such a Jihad against “nafas” or self? How many have the courage to speak truth, even if it means apparent personal loss? How many among us really have the courage to support the truth even if sword is placed at our necks? Communication with our Creator is not a small thing, it is one of the greatest rewards, maybe THE greatest thing that one can be blessed with and requires highest form of taqwa.
We do not truly understand the nature of angles, or Hazrat Gabriel (AS). Quran says that angles do not have a choice; they follow Allah’s commands, just like all other laws of nature. Can we say that tomorrow the earth will start revolving in the opposite direction just because it made that choice? Same is the case with Angles. They are not fairies.
Point that is being made in the audio clip above is that Gabriel (AS) did not “go to sleep”, there is no evidence to support it. First understand what Gabriel (AS) is, and then you are qualified to form an opinion.

^ the verse is talking about gaining the "companionship" of and being "with" the Prophets, Righteous etc., not about becoming a Prophet!!
