So when you challenge a rapist is that back biting? if we arrest the new immigrant for touching little girls is that back biting? It is our civic duty in this society to report haramkhors, cheaters, molesters, wife beaters etc..it is not back biting it is civic duty dude and people who do that are appreciated.
