no these all thinsg decided b4 nikkah with imam and mutaual concent of both parties and the groom and bride
and bride or pride parent can ask anything in meher for her security...
i did a deep research on it b4 getting nikahofied....
even i feel clause no 18 is very important u can have aright to divorce your hubby by this
but most of the families even mr imam cut it feels that thsi is not important or its a badomen
