I don’t know what is all the fuss considering how many women dress in the west, how sexualized the music videos are and the fact that it is on MTV which is “edgY”. It is like the same argument that wearing a bikini is ok but you wouldn’t be caught dead wearing underwear in public as it is “indecent” and no, not all underwear is see thru. All I have to say is that the parents should not be parents if they are not instilling values in their kids and are letting the tv models / actresses / disney trans be the role models.

Seriously though, I was utterly disgusted by her antics at the VMA’s. I was out of the Hannah Montana age bracket when the show aired, but my younger cousins were huge fans. And even if she wasn’t a child star, or Disney Channel protege, no entertainer, regardless of race or religion or anything should carry themselves like that in public. It was uncomfortable, and frankly gross. What was the deal with all those stupid, huge teddy bears?

I know right!! The biggest reason for me even watching the VMA’s was to see NSYNC reunion (btw, JT was the highlight of the night! ) and they came on for what felt like 2 seconds!!! So unfair.

I am not as some women are chill with their husbands. You need to chill some and learn to get sarcasm. I can bet many of the comedians like Colbert won’t be married if their wives weren’t understanding after jane fonda kissed him and sat on his lap (he himself said that was most awkward) or the fact that he had to sigh the thigh of the olympic athlete as a token of appreciation for the show to be supporting their team financially.
